I am from Rochester Minnesota. I am a Junior studying molecular and cell biology and Italian at UW-Madison. I have been working in Alexey Glukhovs lab since winter of 2021. Previously, I was rewarded with the summer undergraduates CVRC fellowship where I worked on declaring ion channels and comparing concentrations of these channels in the SA node, left ventricle, and the right atria. Currently, I am working on a histology project comparing  T-Tubule concentrations in different sections of the right atrium tissue. Outside of work, I am the president and founder of Girl Gains, a club that promotes womens health and education on the sport of lifting. I also enjoy sewing and cooking.
